We encourage you to engage early with us if you have any concerns so we can look to remedy this promptly for you.

We source the freshest available seasonal flowers and foliage to create long lasting bouquets and arrangements. A flower care instruction card is provided with each floral purchase.
To prolong flower life, we recommend re-cutting the stems on an angle before placing them in a vase full of fresh water. We also recommend refreshing the water in your vase or arrangement daily.

Note: Direct air-conditioning, fans and heat can have an adverse effect on flowers, placement is recommended to be in a cool position away from direct sunlight.

Typically, your flowers life (depending on variety) could be between 3 to 7 days. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers you have sent or received, please contact us within 48 hours so we may address the situation with you.

If we are satisfied that flower care instructions have been followed and there is substantial proof of damage to or low quality of flower conditioning, for example – damage through transport process etc. Photographic proof will be requested.

We will endeavour to remedy the situation by either organising a replacement, a product credit or a refund as decided by mutual agreement. However if photographic proof is not provided then regretfully we cannot verify damage or low quality causation and look to make improvements on the cause going forward.

National Emergency or Weather Events

Please be understanding of unforeseen circumstances if these events occur, as they could unexpectedly delay or impact availability of supplies and/or delivery for our business.

We endeavour to do our best in meeting your requests during these times, however as these events would be out of our control, we do truly appreciate your consideration and patience.

Order Cancellations

We appreciate your circumstances may change quickly, which may mean you no longer require your current order, however please be aware that all cancellation requests actioned by Bespoke Blooms & Gifts incur an Administrative fee.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders which are already with our courier.

< Less than 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery day, there is an Administrative fee of 50% of your total order value.

> More than 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day,  there is an  Administrative Fee of $15. Only in this timeframe is there an option to request a full refund be applied as a store credit or gift voucher for you instead.

It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure delivery address provided is correct and accessible.

If we do have to re-deliver due to any circumstances, there will be a re-delivery fee. Please see our FAQ page for further delivery information.
