We take great care to source the freshest seasonal flowers for our weddings and events. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your arrangements, please contact us within 48 hours. We may request photographic evidence to assess the situation.

National Emergency or Weather Events

Order Cancellations
We appreciate your circumstances may change quickly, which may mean you no longer require your current order, however please be aware that unfortunately we cannot cancel orders which are already with our supplier.
